Does "plantilla" work for "template" when talking about email?

I would like to say "email template" but I don't think thaf "plantilla" makes the most sense. Por ejemplo, if I build an email that anyone can use, that is an "email template." ¿Quién sabe lo que el vocabulario sería en español? Gracias.
