Bok Choy is Bok Choy in Spanish, and acelga suiza is Swiss Chard

Swiss chard = acelgas from Wordreference.com
Bok Choy = col china from a set of flash cards on vegetables. I don't know where the person who created that set got it. I can't find a definition in any of the dictionaries I looked in.
