Does this sounds correct? : ¿Cuánto cuesta un plano de Barcelona?
or is it better with ¿Un plano de Valencia cuánto cuesta?

The first one is correct. The second one must be split in two parts: "Un plano de Valencia. ¿Cuánto cuesta?" I hope this helps!
