Do you need a visa to visit Peru?

I am considering taking a group of 6 or 7 students to Peru for a medical clinic/graduate study/tourism August 18-30, 2011. Do we need to get visas for this trip?

Thank you very much in advance for your answers.

Not for tourism (less than 90 days). However, if the graduate students will be enrolled in school there, they will need student visas. From my experience applying for a student visa to Chile, this is an extremely tiresome and involved process, so I would recommend starting now, if you're going to need one.

Here's the link to the Peruvian consulate's site on the matter.
