Translate and listen button
So where did the listen button go overnight. I depended on that woman for pronunciation. Help. Not OK.

The Translate page is just hosting a mini-window to the Google translate page.
You can use the google page alone, and if the integration between Google and SD causes problems, the google page by itself should still work just fine.
Go to http://translate.google.com - or better yet, one of these:
Spanish-to-English:
http://translate.google.com/#es|en|
English-to-Spanish
http://translate.google.com/#en|es|
They always have the "Listen" button.

It would seem that for a short while a "new" translate method was being tested.
I didn't like it either.
Ok. It seems all in the world has been righted. Thank-you. Gracias.
My screen does not look like that anymore.
Yes. That's it!
This isn't an answer but added concern about the format change. I also depended, almost, daily on the "listen" button, that is now missing. Their are many other translation sites out there, but I use this one solely for the easy to use "listen" button. I'm very concerned that Spanishdict.com will not add this gadget back into the new site. Additionally, what happened to translating an entire sentence. I tried earlier and it took a very long time to load.
I hope so. In a short time I have become highly dependent on that one eeny weeny button. I'll be patient. I have to make a phone call tonight, so I hope it is up by then.
Hola Sandra. This morning I went to the dictionary and nothing came up to describe the word I wanted. I may be wrong but the website may be changing some features. I'm sure what you want will be back. Just be patient and keep watching. One of the administrators will share more information with your added explanation. It's a frustration but this site only wants to help. The good stuff will be back!!
Yesterday, I cam e to this site - and all week - and I could write a paragraph and it would translate it for me. Then there was a "Listen" button and the lady would say it. First of all, I used the button to copy the sound and secondly, when I called my friends in Cuba I have been relying on that lady to say it in a way they can understand. This morning the format is completely changed and the LISTEN button is gone!
Hi, Sandra. Welcome to the forum.
You'll have to be a bit more specific as to what button and where it was.
