How would you say "to work out" in spanish.
The closest thing I can think of would be "trabajar los músculos"

"To work out". if you are reffering to an athletic activity you can go with "Entrenar" I am going to work out my arms=Voy a entrenar mis brazos. I am working out with weights=Estoy entrenando con pesas.
