I would say it should be:
Habría hecho la misma (cosa) = I would have done the same (thing)
This is a compound tense formed by using the conditional of haber and the past participle of your main verb. It is used in Spanish to indicate an action that you would have done if something else had been possible that is you would have done something on condition that something else had been possible.
Habría ido a España si tuviera dinero = I would have gone to Spain if I had the money
