Seems I never know quite how to express this concept correctly in spanish. I get it wrong more than right.

Estilo/ moda/modo or what?

You look very stylish tonight honey

He is very much in style

She is stylishly dressed

This is in the style of Spain.

In spanish what do you use to express this?

and please tell us in what country or region.

You look very stylish tonight honey - Cariño mio, qué mujer/chica más elegante

He is very much in style - Se viste de moda

She is sylishly dressed - Está vestida con elegancia

This is in the style of Spain - Este es en el estilo de España

Vivo en una isla que se llama "la isla de canvey". Se encuentra más norte de España.
