When making the word al azar plural, would it be al azares? (al azares = random)

"Azares" is definitely the plural of "azar". In Spanish it should be "el azar" or "los azares" (the chance / the chances). "Random" in Spanish is "al azar", which is a contraction for "a" + "el " + "azar".
