"Grounded for a week"

Is there a Spanish equivalent of getting grounded? As in a child's punishment? Mainly what I'm trying to say is "I was grounded for a week." But I'm not sure if there is a way to say that in Spanish... Thanks for your help!

Castigado es la palabra que buscas, por ejemplo, estas castigado un mes sin salir...
