I want to speak with a northern spain Spanish accent. I know I have to say the vosotros form, the famous lisp, small vocabulary differences but is there anything else I need to know and does the northern Spain accent use leísmo

Northern Spain Spanish accent? There are many accents in the north of Spain, quite different from one another. Each region has its own phonetic and grammatical features. There is a lot of leísmo in some areas, but less or nearly nothing in others. Maybe if you say that you'd like to speak like someone from the city of Valladolid...

By the way, there is no lisp in the north of Spain. Lisp is a speech defect that occurs mainly among some uneducated speakers.

Uh, a lisp is a speech impairment that has nothing to do with education. - Leatha, Apr 10, 2011
It's not a real lisp it's when you pronounce the soft c and z as th - hughjones, Apr 10, 2011
