That comma really does belong there. I'd like to translate this to Spanish. I mean it like in the following sort of context.
"I don't have time to finish this work, and I won't try. Still, I hope it won't inconvenience anyone."

Your use of "Still" here can also be expressed in English as "however". So I would use "no obstante" in this case.
