The sentence means "Please read this attentively". "léanlo" is the command form of "leer" which means "to read". It has the object pronoun "lo" attatched to it, so "leer" needs an accent to maintain natural stress on the appropriate syllable. It should be noted that the command form looks a lot different from the original verb, so you might want to study about the imperative (command) form. "con detenimiento" means "with attention" or "attentively".

Lean is the imperative ustedes form of the verb leer to read and lo means it so read it is the answer to your question has addressed to more than one person.
