How would I say that "they have more experience with relationships than you do?

"Ellos tienen más experiencia (de? con?) las relaciones que ud."

Thanks!

Wouldn't it be "en"?

I'm not sure and it might depend on the region, but I'd say it's more usual "tener experiencia en algo" than "tener experiencia con algo".

I'm basing my answer on the usage in Mexico, but I think either "en" or "con" can be used. It seems to be choice of mood or nuance more than anything else - 005faa61, Apr 9, 2011

Good translation, however "Ellos" isn´t necessary unless you are emphasising They. And con is the correct preposition.
