It's gramatically correct, but rather than "a otra persona" I would say "a las personas ajenas" or "a la gente ajena."
You also need articles for "inteligencia" and "aspiración."

Welcome to the forum Hyjinx, your sentence looks good to me so that tells me it may not be as I'm just a beginner but someone will surely come along soon to make any corrections.
