Me importa mucho mi familia y amigos, así que quiero dedicar a ellos este verano. Todavía no he comido o pasado un buen rato mucho con ellos este semestre porque yo he hecho muchos trabajos y projectos en marzo y abril. No sólo quiero hacer un viaje con amigos, sin también pienso ir a la playa, ver la exposición o ir al cine. Cuando el semestre nuevo empeza, nosotros estamos ocupados, no puedo quedar con ellos.
Además, quiero tener un trabajo sobre el asistente en la compañía después de mayo. A lo largo de mi vida, no he hecho mucho experiencia laboral. Si no puedo encontrar un trabajo, pienso hacer servicio de communidad, por ejemplo, ayudo a los adolescentes o cuido los ancianos. Aunque no puedo ganar dinero, por lo menos, ayudo a los necesitados y tengo más experiencia.
En conclusión, este verano,¡ojalá hay tiempo para divertirse. También tengo un vacación significativo.
English version:
I love my family and my friends so much so I want to spend more time with them this summer. I still haven’t had a meal or a good time with them a lot in this semester because I have got many works and projects to do in March and April. Not only I want to travel with my friends, but also perhaps I will go to the beach, visit an exhibit or go to watch a movie with them. When the new semester begins, we are so busy and I can not stay with them easily.
Furthermore, I want to have a job such as the assistant of a company after May. Throughout my life, I have not had any work experience. If I can not find a job, I want to be a volunteer, for example, help the teenagers or take care of the elderly. Although I can not make money, at least, helped the needy and I can have more experience.
In conclusion, this summer, hopefully I can have time for fun and have a meaningful vacation.

The subject is mi familia y amigos, plural, so it should be importan

That mucho sounds weird there, but I must confess I think the same of a lot in the English version, so I don't know...

You don't need to use "yo" and "proyectos" is misspelled (with Y in Spanish).

It was probably a typing mistake, but it's not "sin" but "sino".

If you say "la" you're talking about one specific exhibit. If you don't know which one it will be, you can either say "una" or "alguna".

Not "empeza", but "empieza".

When I first read this sentence, I imagined you on someone, the assistant, phisically... it sounds weird. You can either "tener un trabajo como ayudante" or "tener un trabajo de ayudante" (I don't think "asistente" is wrong, but I would use "ayudante").

I have never heard the verb "hacer" for the "experiencia laboral", I would use "tener" or "ganar".

Comunidad is oen M, not two, and I think it's more usual "servicio a la comunidad (and google is with me).

I think you're not doing it now, so I don't think you should use the present. It should be infinitive (I want to help, quiero ayudar).
Aunque no puedo ganar dinero
Puedo (indicative) is not wrong, but it would be more usual the subjunctive (pueda) because it's not something happening now, but something that may happen.
¡ojalá hay tiempo para divertirse
Don't forget the ! at the end and when you use ojalá you use the subjunctive (it's not something sure, I hope so, but I can't not be 100% sure). Then you should say "ojalá haya tiempo". You can avoid subjuctive by saying "espero tener tiempo" if you want.
También tengo un vacación significativo
If you write it on a different sentence, it seams you do have a meaningful vacation now. It might work better "ojalá haya tiempo para divertirse y para tener unas vacaciones significativas" (vacación, femenine, is too rare in singular).
