Helppppp needed !Technical problems on Learn Spanish

Question

Hola ! i have a big problem : i am a new student here and beginner in spanish therefore i started with lesson 1 the day before yesterday : no problem i completed my lesson, then i went on to the lesson 2 : surprise i couldn't open the video, only a symbol of quick player with a question mark showed ; i assumed that i should download the latest version of quick player which i did, i re-opened the video lesson after : no avail then i redownloaded again and re-opened : nothing worked, and even this morning i opened the video again in case there was a problem with this site yesterday but the same problem occured, yet i found the lesson 1 very helpful and interesting i would really like to continue ! thanks a lot for ur kind advice in advance

Are you using Internet Explorer? Mozilla Firefox works better on this site. You can download and install Firefox 4.0 from this site for free.

I prefer Chrome because I find that Firefox is running very slowly these days.

Indeed, thanks dogwood, it is either Chrome or Firefox, explorer hardly works at all for some reason.
