Hmm, well I think it really depends on the way its used really. Because Calentona is derived from the word "caliente" which means "hot". In both Spanish and English it has a few meanings. In Spanish, people like to play around with words sometimes to try to emphasize a point. So it could mean a hot girl, or it could even mean an oven or something along those lines.
