And there is a word in Spanish that I almost confused this one with:
Silbar = to whistle a tune [silbar una melodía]
Gerund = Silbando...

This is the gerund form of the verb Silabar / Silabear. To speak while pronouncing each syllable separately.

The English word is the verb "syllable", which is rarely used. Enunciate means something more along the lines of speak clearly. - lorenzo9, Apr 8, 2011
