This should definitely be "Did you make it yet?" As Feliz mentioned, "have you made it" is correct also.

Keep in mind that "make it" is also a very common way to say "arrive." For example, "Did you make it to the party?" or "I never made it to work yesterday."

I would say make it in the last example is more get there than arrive but maybe I am being pedantic here :) lol - FELIZ77, Apr 7, 2011

Did you make it yet?

"made" is understandable, but sounds strange.

Hope that helps!

In English the expression: Did you make it? means = Did you succeed? It sounds a bit weird/strange to me, adding the word ''yet''

If you really want to use the word ''yet'' you could ask/say: '' Have you succeeded yet in .(for example)....finishing your homework?..raspberry smile

It is different in meaning to the phrase

Have you made it, yet? Which would normally be used to ask if someone had finished buiding something:or preparing a meal

Have you made it ( breakfast )yet?

I hope that helps grin

What are you trying to say in Spanish? There are lots of possibilities.

I would say

"Did you make it yet?" Everywhere in the world.

And

"Have you made it yet?" In England.
