¿ Cómo estas tu vida en España? Cuanto tiempo llevas ena España ahora?
How is your life in Spain? How long have you been in Spain now?

"Estás" is informal form of the verb "estar", to be. "Tú estás" -> You are; assuming you're talking with a friend.
You don't address things politely or informally. Your life is not your friend! You just say "¿Cómo está tu vida en España?" Variations: "¿Cómo te va en España?" "¿Te va todo bien en España?"

Estas should be está. Cuanto should be Cuánto. Ena should be en.
