As title suggests, is their a Spanish equivalent of "I need to vent"? Regionally speaking, I am usually conversing with people in Colombia.

Nevermind, I forgot that if I just put "vent" in the translator it will give examples... My apologies. Now I can't delete this question!

Although if you do have something specific to Medellin, Colombia that they say then that would be cool... ;-]
