"Huso horario" in Spanish = "time zone" in English. Sometimes "zona horaria" can be used.

Here is the Spanish article on Wikipedia about time zone

Welcome to the Forum, Marenadev.

If you look at the top of the page, you'll find a Translation tool which is actually rather useful.

Just type "time zone" in there, and you'll get your answer.
