¡Qué tanto me duele que...¡ = How [or So] much it hurts that.....!
It is not the same as ¿Cuánto.....? How much?....asking about quantity. In other words, it is not an interrogative pronoun.
I stand corrected. Look at the usage in the title of this article.
¿Que tanto es normal que un hombre vea porno?
I hadn't seen it used that way before. Better wait for a native.
