Take kindness and benevolence as basis, it takes kindness and frankness of heart ...

however, as with Toma el sol in English we do not say "Take the sun..." but sun tan or sun bathe

so using the above phrase would u recommend Take kindness in your heart... or rather Keep kindness in your heart...
