Often, when speaking Spanish to native Spanish speakers, I want to say, "Please forgive me for torturing you with my broken Spanish'"
My guess would be, "Por favor, desculpe me para torturas con mi Espanol roto!"
Is that close?

The French have a saying for torturing their language and it involves spanish.
Parler Francais comme une vache espagnol.
To speak French like a spanish cow, means "To murder the French Language"
