possessive adjectives agree with the noun that they modify not the possessors. if dream job then su. If dream jobs then sus. It's not his is su and their is sus. - 0074b507, Apr 2, 2011
I would put the subject after the verb and you need an opening question mark. - 0074b507, Apr 2, 2011
¿Consigue la gente realmente el trabajo de sus sueños? I loved the picture! :) What a nice work! Good, Vaanz! :) - cogumela, Apr 2, 2011

... pero estar enamorado es el trabajo de mi vida. Awww... Ray :) - cogumela, Apr 2, 2011
o también, "la obra..." :) - Deanski, Apr 2, 2011
Also, you need either a comma between "trabajar" and "pero" or to capitalize "pero". - 002067fe, Apr 2, 2011
Gracias cogu, era pensa de una especiale mujer.¿Entiende usted? - ray76, Apr 2, 2011
You don't need a comma between "...enamorado" and "es el trabajo...". - 002067fe, Apr 2, 2011
Thank you Tommo, I see that the comma is not as necessary as in English , am i right there ,or is that only in this instance? - ray76, Apr 2, 2011
I understand what you mean Deanski ,but I am trying to convey that it is a job of work rather than a work of Art. - ray76, Apr 2, 2011
Although , had I not been constrained by having to use the noun "trabajo" I would definately have gone for "obra" which is the right word for that sentence . Trabaja makes it rather cold. - ray76, Apr 2, 2011
Hola, Ray!; In Spanish, just like in English, you don't use a comma to separate the subject from the verb. - 002067fe, Apr 2, 2011
That's what I thought, Sñr Ray. And besides, obra doesn't necessarily mean just work of art.:) - Deanski, Apr 2, 2011
"...my life's work". - 002067fe, Apr 2, 2011

Q is right, and also: Si amáis/aman lo que hacéis/hacen, nunca será un trabajo, será "una" afición! Good advice and sooo true! Excellent, Sks! - cogumela, Apr 2, 2011
