Seen on a site where the video won't work.

For pleasure they program it, one can't see anything : cry

Now, I have seen: Castigando por gusto, punishing just for the joy of it, so I wonder about that here, does it mean like, they program it so you can't see it just for the joy of it? Just to be mean?? Gracias....

Without further context, my interpretation is: "They program this for the heck of it - there's nothing to be seen".

Por gusto lo programan (para que) no se ve nada...might that sound better? or Por gusto lo programan; no se ve nada...so that you have two clauses....
