What is the problem with this sentence?

"Él le fascinan las culturas del mundo"
My teacher said I need to put something at the beginning of the sentence but I honestly have no clue what it is. Help please?

Well, 'él' is receiving the action of the verb in this sentence; therefore, because 'él' is a person he needs the 'personal a' in order to direct the action of the verb to him. I think it would go like this:
A él le fascinan las culturas del mundo.
