Ay pa como me duele la confucion me tiene loca. mi corazon me dice una cosa, mi mente me dice otra y mi cuerpo dice otro...si te quiero pero no se si es mi mente que lo dice o my corazon. Te extrano y me siento culpable pero no se que hacer...

(Ay pa )How the confusion hurts me it makes me crazy. My heart tells me one thing, my mind tells me something else and my body tells me tells me something else.... yes I do love/want you but I don't know if it's my mind that tells me this or my heart. I miss you and I feel like its my fault but i don't know what to do.

The lack of punctuation makes the beginning unclear. It is either, Oh, how I am aching. The confusion is making me crazy. or Oh, how the confusion is paining me. It drives me crazy.
My heart tells me one thing, my mind another thing, and my body yet something else. Yes, I love you but I don't know if it is my mind or my heart saying it. I miss you and feel guilty, but I don't know what to do.
