It's one of several variations of a Spanish anglicism derived from "parked", as in "La guagua estaba aparcada frente a mi casa" ("The van was parked in front of my house"). Others are "aparqueada", "parqueada", "parkeada"...

aparcar

The past participle of the verb would be used as a adjective or a verb....parked.

I've never heard this used as "aburrida" but I agree that "estacionado" is the best way to say parked" - 005faa61, Mar 31, 2011
