In México, what is the best translation for "cinnamon roll" ? I am demonstrating the procedure to make the dough and bake the cinnamon rolls for a group of women and will need to title my recipe for them.

For what is worth, I know it as "rollo/pan de canela".

Well yes, what lazarus says sounds familiar to me although I think that roles de canela is very used and a better title for the recipe, of course, if you are talking about these things.
