What are some names for grandmother? I am white and the other granny is Spanish so I need a name that would be a second choice.

In lebanon we call our Grandmother "teeta" or "téta".

Welcome to the forum.
Some wonderful grandmothers I know are called "Nana" by their grandchildren. "Abuelita" is very common also. "Mor Mor" is the name that some Swedish friends called their grandmother.
Sometimes children end up creating their own names; for example, a young child might ends up with "grammy" or something like that.
No matter what the name, being a grandmother is a wonderful time of life! Congratulations!
