I know its (ya regreso, ahorita regreso, regreso en un momento, y esperame tantito) but what does each one mean?

Well, really, they all mean exactly what you said - brb.
Ya regreso literally is sort of like 'I return right away'
Ahorita regreso is sort of like 'I return of a moment'
Regreso en un momento is essentially 'I return in a minute'
Esperame tantito essentially means 'wait for me a little'.
The reason the first three are in the present is because it's more common in Spain to say 'ahora vuelvo', which is I return now, than to say it with the verb in the future, even though it is actually something you intend for the future. Hope that helps
