Joining two sentences together with just a comma is called a "comma splice" and is forbidden in English grammar. It is better to use a period and have more sentences.

You cannot say "complete to teach". You could say "complete enough to teach", but you also have to say what it is that is being taught.

"would recommended" is also incorrect: it should be "would recommend".

I would recommend this article to people who want to have a pet. It is interesting and complete enough for someone that wants to have one--and remember, to have a pet is to love them, and they need nothing more.

I would recommend this article to people who want to have a pet. The article is both interesting and comprehensive for teaching someone how to properly care for a pet. Remember, to have a pet, the main thing is to show them love, nothing else is as important.

(I hope this is not about the same article where you said taking care of a pet was too complicated)
