Ahemmm Sorry,, seriously you can say:
¿Vamos a cenar este viernes? = Are we going-out to dinner this friday? (Literally: We are going to dine this friday?
If by this friday you mean this coming friday you can also say:
¿Vamos a cenar el viernes que viene?
