Compaña, compañia, are they just interchangeable?

Compaña, compañia, are they just interchangeable? for company? I always use compañia, but Darren said he thought he was working for a company that wanted results, and he said Compaña for company.

The dictionary and I both think that company = empresa.

Correct. Compañía and empresa are the same in Spanish when talking about the "office" - chileno, Mar 27, 2011
"Company" has several meanings in English: (1) an organization (2) the presence of oher people... Meanings 1 and 2 have different translations in Spanish. - lazarus1907, Mar 27, 2011

Compaña is not a word.
Acompaña = accompany
Campaña = campaign
Compañía = company.
In view that Compaña is a word. Then yes, it is used interchangeable according to the RAE.

The dictionary seems to think it is. And so does this show I am watching.
The dictionary and I both think that company = empresa.
Yes, that is another way to say it.
