what is the meaning of("tu no me ames")??

it is (Don't love me)

or

it is (You don't love me)

and if it is the second sentence why the verb ending is es and not as

¡No me ames! (No subject pronoun, even if there was, it would be " tú " not " tu ")

It means Don't love me! because amar is the verb and ames is the subjunctive form of it.

"You don't love me." would be "No me amas." which is the indicative form.
