I just really wanted to learn Spanish :)
Um Hi Im Lulu I was origanly from Miami Florida I KNEW A LOT of Spanish but then I moved up here to Tallahassee Florida and forgot it because no one speaks it up here so I wanna learn it on ¡SpanishDict! But im not old enough but I still singed up is that okay or will they kick me out for not being old enough?

Well, it is a definite plus to have a new member on board who is so sincere. I suppose a lot of kids just sign up and don't say anything about their age.

Well I am not 13 either , I did not know SD was age specific , so I hope I do not
get kicked out, I have come to like the place . Welcome young lady we, or at
least I , need all the help I/we can get. We await for a higher body to speak.

Welcome to the forum Lulu. Like everyone else so far I am not an administrator so I can't say for sure but as long as you're serious about learning and not just looking for a place to fool around I hope you can stay. One thing though and I'm not really sure how you got around it in the first place. Never use all capital letters here, it is considered shouting and rude and the machine itself will usually kick it out. Do make sure you follow the rules right down to (as you have already) correct capitalization and punctuation, this is important for those learning English here. Otherwise good luck and I hope to hear more from you in the future. 
It should be fine. Having said that, I'm not an admin here, so it would ultimately be down to them. If you've got a hunger to learn Spanish, then this is definitely the right place, in my opinion for you to be. With like minded individuals.
And finally, I'd like to wish you good luck!
