In my case, it is important to learn English because it is an international language. If you know this language, you can talk to (or communicate with) people around the world. Also, I really love learning and teaching English. For this reason, I am going to study to be an English teacher. In addition, it's always better to know different languages; you learn more about cultures, grammar, literature structures, etc.

I would like to learn both English and French because I think they are the most beautiful languages in the whole wide world.

Just my opinion/ my point of view, jaja. Saludos !

Learning a new language can help you to:

1 Make new friends from around the world and better understand various cultures This in turn can lead to ....

2 Greater respect for people from different countries.

3 Attaining an advanced or fluent level of Communicating ie speaking and writing in a second langauge can open teh door to improved job opportunities. even as a tranlsator or interpreter

4 Just the achievement of learning a second language and reaching a reasonable level of proficiency in that language can increase your/a person's confidence.

These are just a few of the many benefits of learning a second or third language. I am sure other people could add to this list

I hope this helps grin
