I can't breathe without you.

Question

Please translate this: "I can't breathe without you, my love." also, "My heart is yours" I want to speak familiar, as people do casually. Parts of a sentence may sound funny to someone that possibly uses "slang", if that makes sense. I don't want to sound like I'm using a translator. I care for this person very much. Gracias

This would be a straight-forward translation and even people who might use slang a lot wouldn't do so with these phrases if they were serious.

"No puedo respirar sin ti, mi amor." But it would sound more natural to say "No puedo vivir sin ti, mi amor." (to live)

"Mi corazón es todo tuyo." This one sounds better adding "todo" (all).

Unless these frases do not have direct translations, these should be correct!
