Here is a sample list of un-countable nouns. You would be better to learn the use of "some" or a container or measurement of to quantify the noun, rather than a list of nouns. Then when you learn a new noun, learn how it is normally quantified (definite article or other method) as the list of un-countable nouns could be quite extensive.

a pound of butter/salt/rice/flour/yeast/pepper et. al.

a bottle/can/glass/barrel/ of beer

give me some bread......give me a slice of bread...a loaf of bread

Unfortunately, many of the un-countable nouns are also treated as countable-nouns in certain situations.

Give me a beer, please. (The container...glass/bottle/ etc. is implied)

There are many brands of bread. There are many types of bread. Among some of these breads are wheat, oat, potato, rice, leavened, unleavened, enriched, et. al]

This may be one of those areas that you have to master through usage rather than memorizing a list of applicable nouns.

por ejemplo, "el tiempo" cuando quiere decir "weather".. hmmm.. también pueden ser los sustantivos que representan estados de ánimo.. por ejemplo "la felicidad".... no me acuerdo de más, por ahora.
