An innertube is cámara (de neumático), so I would say
tubing trip = excursión en cámaras
Or you could invent a new verb from the noun, so say
cámarear = to tube
and go from there.

what i mean is tubbing down a river on a tube my church does trips like that and one was tubbing down the shendoa river not sure i spelled shendoa right
