Hi everybody..Can someone check my paragraph plzz :)

Question

One day, before I went to study French, I had gone to the bank because I had to pay my bills. My mom told me that I have to be careful with the money. She said, “Pamela this is a mother intuition please put the money in a safe place”. But unfortunately, I didn’t listen to her advice because I was in hurry. So, when I left home I saw a woman on the floor asking for food and I wanted to help her. Suddenly, the woman stole my bag and I didn’t know what to do. I wish the woman would be a good person. On the way home I was thinking about what had happened and I realized that if I had listened to my mom, I wouldn’t have made this mistake.

But unfortunately, I didn’t listen to her advice because I was in hurry. So, (Delete "So," and capitalize the "w" in When) when I left home I saw a woman on the floor asking (I would change the word "asking" to "begging") for food and I wanted to help her. Suddenly, the woman stole my bag and I didn’t know what to do. I wish the woman would be (not "the woman be a good person", but, "the woman would have been")* a good person. On the way home I was thinking about what had happened and I realized that if I had listened to my mom, I wouldn’t have made this mistake.

I think you did very well. I wish I was able to do Spanish as well as you do English. I was glad to help and I hope you understand my suggestions and like my suggestions.
