My grandson came home from school with a project. The teacher told him that culmination is a Mexican luncheon. Is that true'

Are you able to put any context to this? When would "Culmination" be used? Is there, say, a Mexico ?> USA dictionary in which it appers? Do you know of a Mexican Slang or Idiom dictionary style book in which it appears?
