dar turns to dé in the singular command (formal) form.
does dé keep it's accent mark in the plural former command?
does it turn to "den" or "dén?"

Welcome to the forum!
No, there is no accent on "den", unless you add two pronouns to it, such as "dénmelo".
The reason that "dé" has an accent is that the word "de" already exists in Spanish (examples: El cinco de julio, El gato de Marisol).
