For short translations I would suggest using the machine translator. Here is the translator's attempt. You should only consider these starting points, to make improvements on, if necessary. If you look in our dictionary tomenta by itself can mean thunderstorm. As there are many types of storms, however, the eléctrica helps to classify it.
