- estás ahí? (tú)
- está ahí? (usted)

If you mean , as Goldie says, Are you there?
It would be:
¿Estás ahí? ( For familiar form if you are talking to a friend/someone younger)
¿Está ahí? (Form of address if you are talking to an older person)
Although, if you are asking if a friend is still on the other end of a conversation eg: via Skype/Chatroom or telephone you could say:
¿Estás aquí, todavía? Are you still here?

I would not say "you there". It doesn't sound polite and respectful.
I would recommend "pardon me sir/mam"
"Perdone, por favor"
