Hi everyone, above is a link to a practice website. When you get to the website, you'll see boxes from past exams by year. Pick any year, it doesn't matter because the language hasn't changed! Each year has two different categories: achievement and proficiency. Achievement tests vocabulary and grammar and proficiency tests reading and listening skills. Take a few quizzes. Its lots of fun and doesn't take long, all while expanding your language skills!
Note: When you open the quiz, skip the questionnaire because its all optional. Press "start now" and then scroll down and take the quiz. Learn lots of Spanish as you go!

I dared to try the 2011 one, Level 6 & got 35/40 (88%). The vocab part was hard!
I took a Level 01, vocabulary. I like these because it shows where my weaknesses are, by subcategory. I really don't know foods that well or Spanish geography, But I was happy to get the ser/estar verbs correct! I've got the link in my favorites! Gracias!
I did the level 3 test for 2010 and got 88% (176/200): a result with which I was very pleased !. 
It included all sections: vocabulary, grammar and verbs
I was not sure of the standard for these tests so, although I have been told my level is High Intermediate I preferred to try a lower level test and do well than a higher level test and do badly
I will try other level tests at a better time: not between 12 and 1 am lol 
Still, if I can get such a result when I am tired there is hope for me yet lol
I did proficiency level 3 2011 and got 78%. It took me awhile though. I'm kind of pleased, I mean I could understand what they were saying but it took a few listens.
I tried the 2011 practice test Level 6, Proficiency. I got 173 points (87%).
One of them I got wrong because I didn't read the NOT in the question. 
That was really hard for me.
I haven't tried the vocabulary/grammar one yet.
I'm looking forward to trying the exams. This is the 2nd question I've seen regarding the National Spanish Exam and I'm curious to know what it is and what organizations use it?
What a fun site! I especially like the listening component of the proficiency tests. (The lower levels feature delightfully slow speakers!)
I have just finished level 4 Spanish test for the year 2010 and succeeded in gainng 83% / 165/200 (second time around) compared with I think 65% the first time. I was pleased that I had been able to learn from my mistakes and understand in most cases where and why I had made the errors that I did.
I may, if and when I am feeling brave, attempt level 5 Spanish which maybe advanced level Iam not exactly sure how they correspond to levels such as beginner intermediate or advanced except that I think level 1 is beginner and level 3 is lower intermediate which includes a few questions on the present subjenctive. Level 4 involves the imperfect subjunctive too. 
That was fun, i only scored 68% . but I'm going back for more .....I need the practice. Thanks for sharing..........
