I know that "bienvenidos" means "welcome" in english. However, what's the difference between the endings: "os", "a", "o" and etc.

Cuidado, because saying that bienvenido is for one person could be misleading.

Bienvenido = one male person

Bienvenida = one female person

Bienvenidas = 2 or more female persons

Bienvenidos = 2 or more persons, with at least one male

Bienvenido is welcome when you are speaking to one person. singular

Bienvenidos is plural and you say it when you are speaking to more than one person.

In the airport they welcome the passengers like "bienvenidos" on a sign over head.
